Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of projects. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, clients, and authorities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams for smooth execution
- Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Follow up on materials, approvals, and site requirements
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, and records
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities for approvals and updates
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards
- Support project managers in resolving issues and delays
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business Administration or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination (UAE experience preferred)
- Experience in construction, fire protection, or MEP projects is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Familiarity with project management tools or ERP systems is a plus
- Strong communication and coordination skills
