Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Al Ruwais, Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Male Project Coordinator with experience in construction and steel structure projects to support the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities between engineering, procurement, fabrication, logistics, and site teams.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding project requirements and deliverables.
- Follow up on material procurement, fabrication status, delivery schedules
- Track RFIs, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and consultant approvals.
- Ensure all project documentation is maintained in accordance with company and client requirements.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, and handover documentation.
- Coordinate manpower allocation and equipment requirements with site teams.
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, company policies, and HSE requirements.
- Support project close-out activities, including snagging, final documentation, and handover.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in the UAE construction industry.
- Proven experience in steel structure fabrication and erection projects is mandatory.
- Experience coordinating industrial, commercial, or infrastructure construction projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of UAE construction standards, project documentation, and contractual procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of steel structure fabrication, installation, and construction processes.
- Excellent project coordination and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- UAE driving license.
- Experience working on ADNOC, EPC, industrial, or oil & gas projects is an advantage.
- Knowledge of ISO quality management systems and HSE procedures.
- Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred.
Nationality: Preferably any nationality who can speak (English, Hindi)
