Procurement / Purchasing Manager – Interior Fit-Out Jobs in Dubai at Kalandoor Building Contracting
We are urgently hiring a Procurement / Purchasing Manager for our interior fit-out projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials, cost efficiency, and smooth coordination with suppliers and site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full procurement and purchasing cycle from sourcing to delivery
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare and process purchase orders and procurement schedules
- Monitor material pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with project managers and site teams for material requirements
- Ensure materials are delivered on time and within budget
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and updated vendor database
- Support cost control and value engineering initiatives
- Conduct site visits as required
Requirements:
- 3–5 years experience in Procurement and/or Purchasing (preferably interior fit-out or construction)
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of construction/interior fit-out materials and specifications
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Valid UAE Driving License is required
- UAE experience is preferred
- Immediate availability is an advantage
