Project Architect Jobs in Ras al-Khaimah at Streit Group
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor day-to-day project progress and ensure timely completion as per project schedules.
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and detailed 3D visualizations.
- Prepare detailed BOQs based on project drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure design and execution requirements are met.
- Review site progress and ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Identify design or execution issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain and update project drawings, BOQs, and other technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, quality requirements, and applicable regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Relevant experience in architectural/project execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modelling/rendering software, and MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, BOQ preparation, and site coordination.
- Good project management, communication, and coordination skills.
Pay: AED15,000.00 – AED16,000.00 per month
