We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Project Analyst with 1+ years of experience to support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, developers, clients, and stakeholders to analyze project performance, coordinate project activities, prepare reports, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret project data to generate actionable insights.
- Prepare project reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
- Conduct feasibility studies and support project planning initiatives.
- Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure project success.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with developers, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain project plans, contracts, financial records, and other project-related documentation.
- Support process improvement initiatives by identifying operational inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
- Manage and update project information using tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Ensure compliance with project management standards and organizational processes.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project planning, coordination, and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Knowledge of project documentation, stakeholder management, and financial tracking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
