Job Description
Operate and set up settings for machinery and equipment according to procedures.
Find out, fix errors when problems occur, perform maintenance and repair.
Monitor the operation of machinery to ensure no errors occur during production.
Improve processes, increase productivity and quality of the factory.
Check the quality and quantity of input materials.
Check the quality of raw materials and finished products after production and before selling.
Use specialized equipment to measure viscosity, solidity, density, pH, etc. of Polymer.
Analyze plant operations and troubleshoot problems that may occur during operation.
Monitor, urge and supervise product production implementation.
Support packaging and shipping department.
Update quality standards, raw material norms, production processes… for products.
Collaborate with the R&D department to research and improve product quality.
Record operating logs and report daily work results to Manager.
Job Experience
Experience: Fresh graduate, no experience will be trained.
Qualification: University degree with good or higher, majoring in chemistry, biology, materials science and technology, biotechnology, organic chemistry, chemistry, polymer or related majors.
Understand basic chemistry and natural science phenomena, operate industrial equipment, QC room.
Foreign language: Basic English communication.
Persistent, dynamic, responsible, dedicated to work, creative, passionate about science.
Proficient in office software.
