We are looking for a Call Center Agent to call members and help them complete their registration or resolve outstanding items.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to members.
- Follow the approved call script and FAQ.
- Help members complete their profile or resolve flagged items.
- Record the outcome of every call.
- Escalate questions outside the script.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of call center/customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
- Good computer and data-entry skills
- Able to follow scripts and procedures
Pay: QAR1.00 – QAR2.00 per month
