Education/Certifications:
High School Diploma; Degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field will be an advantage.
Experience:
Should have experience at least 2-5years in Plastic Industry

Job Responsibilities
1. Running Production area
2. Ensuring goods are produced and packaged in correct quantities in accordance with agreed specifications
3. Accurately records goods produced and problems encountered during shift to ensure the smooth changeover of shifts
4. Performing mold changes with the Machine Operator
5. Ensuring the good quality of the product
6. Ensuring all employees understand and follow company policies and procedures
7. Ensuring all employees work in a safe manner by following company regulations
8. Leading the Team
9. Ensuring team works together as efficiently as possible
10. Assessing training needs of staff and ensuring execution of training
11. Ensuring adequate staffing to cover absenteeism and holidays, as well as normal operations
12. Correctly recording time and attendance of team
13. Performing performance evaluations on a regular basis
14. Attending meetings with Production Manager
15. Reviews employee concerns and issues with the Production Manager
16. Maintaining good housekeeping within department
KRA
- To achieve the production target with quality outputs.
- Arrangement & utilization of manpower for their best efficiency.
- Training to new operators & trainees.
- Ensure good housekeeping & workers hygiene & discipline.
- Minimize of changeover time with proper planning & motivation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ajman: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
