Join Our Team as a Senior Barista (Female)
We are looking for a skilled and refined Senior Barista to become part of our dynamic team in a premium hospitality setting. If you have a passion for exceptional coffee, creativity in beverage crafting, and a commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare high-quality coffee, specialty drinks, mocktails, and mojitos with precision and flair.
- Lead and inspire the barista team, ensuring consistency and top-tier service.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and beverage quality.
- Manage daily bar operations, including inventory control and equipment upkeep.
- Introduce innovative, seasonal, and signature drink offerings.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3+ years of professional barista experience (supervisory experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, latte art, and premium drink preparation.
- Familiarity with luxury service standards and hygiene best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for craftsmanship, creativity, and guest satisfaction.
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
