We are looking for an experienced Signage Production Supervisor cum site in charge to oversee our production operations. You’ll guarantee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by managing employees and organizing workflows.
In a fast-paced environment like production, the supervisor is an integral part of the manufacturing process. You should also be able to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing costs.
The goal is to ensure that production processes deliver products of maximum quality in a profitable manner.
Responsibilities:
Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
Oversee and coach employees; check production output according to specifications.
Analyze production trends and conduct extensive cost-benefit analysis of product enhancements.
Work closely with the production team to enforce and maintain quality standards.
Calculate complete cost & estimate of a job; handle all indoor & outdoor jobs.
Attend client meetings regarding all jobs.
Conduct installation site visits, taking final measurements for new signage.
Have responsibility from signage production to site installation.
Supervise the installation on site: cladding, 3D signage, acrylic cut, letters, digital printed graphics, one way vision sticker, cut vinyl, flex signage.
