Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager who is ready to grow with our company. We want someone who thinks like a business owner, takes responsibility for results, and is confident in managing both production and client relationships.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate should:
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Laser Cutting, Acrylic Fabrication, Signage, Display, or Advertising Industry.
- Have an existing client base and a strong network within the UAE market.
- Be able to bring new clients, generate business, and increase company revenue.
- Have proven experience in managing a production workshop or manufacturing facility.
- Be able to prepare quotations, estimate production costs, and plan projects efficiently.
- Have excellent knowledge of CO₂ laser cutting, acrylic fabrication, signage production, CNC processes, and related manufacturing techniques.
- Be capable of planning, organizing, and supervising daily production activities.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Reduce material wastage and improve production efficiency.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the production team.
- Solve production challenges quickly and make effective decisions under pressure.
- Maintain high standards of quality control and workplace safety.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional communication and reliable service.
- Coordinate effectively with sales, design, purchasing, and installation teams.
- Have good knowledge of materials, suppliers, and production planning.
- Be self-motivated, responsible, honest, and committed to long-term business growth.
- Be willing to take ownership of the production department and contribute to the company’s success.
Compensation
This is a 33% Profit Sharing Opportunity for the right candidate.
We are looking for a professional who is confident in their abilities and believes in earning through performance and business growth.
The selected candidate will receive:
- 33% share of the agreed net profit generated through the business, as defined in the employment agreement.
- Unlimited earning potential based on performance and business growth.
