Obtain necessary permits from the safety department before conducting any lifting activities.
Conduct pre-lift assessments and ensure all lifting plans are followed.
Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and site engineers for efficient and safe lifting operations.
Inspect lifting equipment and accessories to ensure they are in good working condition and meet safety standards.
Ensure that all personnel involved in lifting operations are trained and competent.
Monitor site activities to identify potential hazards and take corrective actions to mitigate risks.
Maintain records of all lifting activities, permits, and safety checks.
Enforce compliance with project-specific lifting guidelines and regulations.
Requirements:
Must have Lifting Supervisor training and certification.
Previous experience in supervising lifting operations in construction projects.
Strong knowledge of mobile and tower crane operations.
Familiarity with lifting plans, safety procedures, and permit requirements.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams to ensure smooth lifting operations.
Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
