Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire structural steel production process from fabrication to delivery
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily operations to meet project deadlines
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards
- Manage production staff, providing leadership, training, and development
- Monitor resource needs (labor, materials, equipment) and optimize usage
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth workflows
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in efficiency and quality
Requirements:
- 7+ years’ experience in structural steel fabrication and production management
- Strong knowledge of steel fabrication processes, welding standards, and safety regulations
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
- Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Fabrication, or related field
