The Role We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Head to oversee internal project handling specifically for our retail fixtures division. In this role, you will take ownership of the manufacturing workflow, acting as the critical link between project management and the production floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Workflow Management: Receive approved projects directly from the Project Manager.
- Project Delegation: Analyze project requirements, split the workload, and issue specific manufacturing tasks to the different production departments (e.g., joinery, metal, acrylics, assembly, finishing).
- Internal Project Handling: Oversee the entire internal lifecycle of the retail fixture production, ensuring smooth transitions between departments and eliminating bottlenecks.
- Quality & Timeline Control: Monitor the production process to ensure that all retail fixtures are manufactured to our strict quality standards and meet established project deadlines.
Requirements
- Mandatory: You must have extensive, proven experience specifically in retail fixtures manufacturing and production. (Applications without direct retail fixtures experience will not be considered).
- Strong background in production workflow planning and internal project management.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple departments simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with Project Managers and department leads.
