Altara Group is looking for a proactive, organised, and confident Marketing & Sales Assistant to support our growing team.
The role will involve a mix of marketing, sales outreach, influencer management, and administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and manage relationships with influencers and content creators.
- Reach out to companies, brands, agencies, and potential partners.
- Manage follow-ups, leads, meetings, and business development opportunities.
- Support marketing campaigns, partnerships, and social media activities.
- Maintain CRM systems, spreadsheets, databases, and contact lists.
- Provide general administrative and organisational support to the team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in marketing, sales, business development, or administration.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Confident with email, LinkedIn, social media, and online research.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Experience with influencers, agencies, or sales outreach is a plus.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, commercially minded, and great at building relationships — someone who can take ownership and get things done.
Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
