Primary Objective:
The Product Specialist is responsible for contributing to the continuous development and improvement of products across the lifecycle. This includes gathering and prioritizing customer and market requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting sales initiatives to ensure product success and high customer satisfaction.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new client opportunities, assist in proposal writing, and support sales closure under the supervision of the Product Manager.
Understand client needs and translate them into clear business and product requirements.
Conduct in-depth market research to evaluate competitive products and identify enhancement opportunities.
Coordinate closely with developers, designers, QA, and customer service teams to ensure all product requirements are well understood and executed.
Work alongside the development team to ensure timely and customer-prioritized product delivery through iterative development.
Facilitate regular meetings with project teams to identify roadblocks and implement resolutions.
Collaborate with the Product Manager to conduct post-project evaluations and analyze both successful and underperforming elements.
Report on product and project statuses, as well as key performance indicators (KPIs), to management.
