Product Sourcing Specialist Jobs in Ajman at Segmic Engineering
The Product Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers to ensure that our product offerings meet quality standards and customer demand. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, market analysis capabilities, and a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and new product opportunities.
Evaluate supplier capabilities, product quality, and pricing.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. operations) to understand product requirements and demand forecasts.
Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to quality or delivery.
Analyze purchasing data to optimize sourcing strategies and improve cost-effectiveness.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new sourcing strategies.
Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers while seeking new partnerships.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and sourcing software.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
