Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the daily operations of a luxury fashion boutique, driving sales performance, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires strong leadership, a focus on high-value client relationships, and maintaining premium brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and monitor KPIs
- Deliver personalized customer experience and manage VIP clients
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
- Oversee daily store operations and cash handling
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation
- Manage inventory and stock control
- Prepare sales reports and analyze performance
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years in retail management (luxury preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Sales-driven with customer-focused mindset
