ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Junior Product Executive or Intern to support our Energy Division, focused on products such as UPS, Solar PV, ESS, Inverters, and Battery solutions. The role offers strong exposure to product management and commercial activities, combining lead generation, solution support, customer coordination, and after-sales support. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to learn and grow in the energy product space.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Product & Commercial Support
▸ Support product activities across the energy portfolio, including UPS, Solar PV, ESS, Inverters, and Battery solutions.
▸ Assist with lead generation and identifying new business opportunities.
▸ Provide basic solution support for customer and partner enquiries.

Customer Coordination & After Sales
▸ Coordinate with customers on product-related queries and requirements.
▸ Support after-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
▸ Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

Product Management Exposure
▸ Support product-related responsibilities including pricing updates and inventory tracking.
▸ Gain exposure to key product KPIs: Vendor Management, Stock Turnover, Forecast Accuracy, Pricing, Gross Margin, and Inventory Management.
▸ Assist in preparing basic product and sales reports.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
▸ 1–3 years of experience, or fresh graduates/interns with strong interest in energy technologies are welcome to apply.
▸ Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Energy, or a related field.
▸ Strong interest in energy technologies and products.
▸ Good communication skills.
▸ Exposure to product KPIs and management concepts is preferred, such as vendor management, stock turnover, forecast accuracy, pricing, gross margin, and inventory management.
▸ Willingness to learn and develop across product management, technical support, and commercial functions.
