We are looking for a “Product Engineer” to join our team at our Istanbul central office, bringing positive energy and contributing to our strength.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in product management in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) industry
Proficient in English
Advanced user of MS Office applications
Strong presentation and reporting skills
Well-developed planning, communication, and time management skills with strong representation abilities
Innovative, creative, and solution-oriented
Research-driven, results-oriented, and dynamic personality
JOB DESCRIPTION
Supporting the creation of the annual budget for the air conditioning product team
Actively participating in product pricing, price list preparation, updates, and publishing processes
Managing the end-to-end process of the assigned product group and developing product strategies
Conducting market research for medium and long-term product strategies, collecting economic and industry data
Collecting competitor products’ technical information to make technical comparisons and estimating competitors’ market shares
Supporting product launch activities, preparing product documents, and translating them when necessary
Receiving technical and sales training, and providing internal and external trainings on these topics
Preparing technical specifications for product sales, and being knowledgeable about local and national regulations
Assisting in preparing POP materials, website content, and product promotion bulletins for marketing activities
