Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Procurement / Purchase Executive with solid experience in interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of materials used in interior design and fit-out works, along with the ability to source cost-effective and high-quality products within project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for interior fit-out projects
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Obtain competitive quotations and prepare comparison reports (BOQ-based)
- Procure materials in line with project specifications, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and site teams for material requirements
- Prepare and issue LPOs (Local Purchase Orders)
- Track deliveries and ensure materials meet quality standards and approvals
- Develop and maintain a reliable supplier database within the UAE market
- Handle subcontractor pricing, agreements, and negotiations
- Monitor inventory and ensure efficient stock management
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and cost control measures
Material Knowledge (Mandatory):
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials including:
- Marble, granite, tiles, and stone finishes
- Gypsum, ceiling systems, and partition materials
- Wood, joinery, laminates, veneers, and carpentry materials
- Fabrics, upholstery, curtains, and soft furnishings
- Lighting fixtures and electrical accessories
- Paints, coatings, wallpapers, and decorative finishes
- Glass, metal works, and hardware fittings
- Furniture, décor items, and custom-made elements
- Ability to identify quality standards, specifications, and cost-effective alternatives
Requirements:
- Minimum 4–6 years of UAE experience in procurement within interior fit-out / construction industry
- Strong understanding of UAE supplier market and pricing trends
- Experience in BOQs, vendor comparison, and cost analysis
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
- UAE driving license is an advantage
Salary:
Salary will be based on experience and skills
