We are partnering with a well-established organization within the Food & Beverage and FMCG sector to recruit a Procurement Executive for a temporary contract based in Dubai, UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for a procurement professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience managing supplier relationships, purchasing operations, and sourcing activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the timely procurement of goods while supporting operational efficiency and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Execute day-to-day purchasing activities for food products, packaging materials, and operational supplies.
Identify and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
Prepare and monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Work closely with warehouse, production, and operations teams to maintain stock levels and avoid supply disruptions.
Track supplier performance and resolve delivery or quality-related issues.
Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with internal purchasing procedures.
Contribute to cost optimization and supplier development initiatives.
