Roles & responsibilities
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies that align with the organization’s goals while ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities to meet the company’s specific needs.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure the best terms and minimize procurement costs without compromising quality.
- Manage supplier relationships through regular communication and performance evaluations to ensure compliance with agreements.
Desired candidate profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a relevant industry.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP) or Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) are highly desirable.
- Experience in international procurement is a plus, with a preference for candidates familiar with global sourcing practices.
Pay: QAR3,000.00 – QAR4,500.00 per month
