About the Role
Blumen Café is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Controller to oversee inventory across our branches. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, conducting regular inventory checks, ensuring inventory accuracy, and coordinating with branch teams and the central warehouse to maintain optimal stock availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control inventory levels across all branches.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate inventory records are maintained in the system.
- Coordinate stock transfers between branches and the warehouse.
- Investigate inventory variances and prepare reports.
- Monitor product movement and minimize stock loss and waste.
- Work closely with branch managers to ensure stock availability.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Inventory Controller, Storekeeper, or in a similar inventory management role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and stock management systems.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Must have a valid Saudi driving license and own a vehicle to travel between company branches.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple branch visits.
