In this role, you will dive deep into our daily operations and the broader market, uncovering customer pain points and inefficiencies, and translating them into clear requirements that our tech and AI teams can solve. If you excel at turning complex retail challenges into clear, actionable, and profitable technical solutions, we want you on our team.
What You’ll Do
• Market & Customer Insights: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer pain points and unmet needs, translating them into innovative, actionable product ideas for our AI and tech teams.
• Validate & Assess Adoption: Evaluate the potential market impact of new tech initiatives before development, and continuously measure customer acceptance, feedback, and adoption rates post-launch.
• Analyze & Optimize: Map out current ‘As-Is’ processes across retail, supply chain, and e-commerce, and design future ‘To-Be’ workflows optimized by data and AI.
• Bridge the Gap: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Operations) and the technical teams, translating business needs into clear technical specifications and user stories.
• Document & Define: Create comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs), process flowcharts, and clear acceptance criteria for the engineering teams.
