Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Executive – Fit-Out to manage purchasing activities related to interior fit-out projects. The role involves sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors, and ensuring timely delivery of materials in line with project specifications, budgets, and schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure fit-out materials including finishes, joinery, furniture, fixtures, MEP items, and accessories
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers and subcontractors in line with company standards
- Obtain, compare, and negotiate quotations to achieve best value for cost, quality, and delivery
- Prepare purchase orders, subcontracts, and procurement documentation
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and estimators to understand material and project requirements
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to site as per project schedules
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing
- Maintain procurement records, material tracking, and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and company procurement policies
- Support cost control and value engineering initiatives
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in procurement within interior fit-out or construction industry
- Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, suppliers, and local UAE market
- Experience in handling subcontractor packages (joinery, glass, gypsum, MEP, FF&E)
- Good negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP / procurement systems
- Strong communication and coordination skills

Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED13,000.00 per month
