Job Purpose
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for the overall leadership, growth, and profitability of Wide Wings Media LLC. The CEO will drive the company’s strategic direction while ensuring operational excellence, revenue growth, exceptional client service, and high-performing teams. The role is accountable for achieving business objectives, managing the Profit & Loss (P&L), developing strong client relationships, and implementing business strategies aligned with the vision of Reem Holding LLC.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the annual business strategy in line with the Group’s objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and service offerings.
- Drive sustainable growth and improve market positioning.
- Lead business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure alignment of departmental objectives with company goals.
2. Business Development & Sales:
- Own and achieve the company’s revenue and profitability targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients.
- Build long-term relationships with key corporate clients and strategic partners.
- Lead negotiations for major contracts and commercial agreements.
- Monitor sales pipeline, conversion rates, and business performance.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Resolve major client issues and escalations.
- Conduct regular business reviews with strategic accounts.
- Enhance client retention and repeat business.
4. Operations Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Develop operational policies, procedures, and performance standards.
- Coordinate effectively across Sales, Digital Marketing, Creative, Media Buying, Finance, and HR.
5. Financial Management (P&L Responsibility):
- Take full ownership of the company’s Profit & Loss.
- Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, cash flow, and profitability.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Review financial reports and implement corrective actions when required.
- Ensure financial discipline across all departments.
6. Team Leadership & People Management:
- Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and succession planning.
- Ensure appropriate manpower planning and organizational development.
- Promote employee engagement and retention.
7. Marketing & Brand Development:
- Strengthen the company’s brand positioning in the UAE and regional markets.
- Promote innovation in digital marketing solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Support marketing initiatives that enhance business growth.
8. Governance & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain high standards of corporate governance and ethical business practices.
- Identify and mitigate operational and commercial risks.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
9. Reporting:
- Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly business performance reports to the Group CEO.
- Present strategic initiatives, financial performance, sales achievements, and operational updates.
- Recommend business improvements based on performance analysis.
- Report on key KPIs, market trends, risks, and growth opportunities.

Authority:
The CEO has the authority to:
- Lead all operational and commercial functions.
- Approve departmental budgets within approved limits.
- Recruit, develop, and manage senior leadership (in coordination with Group HR).
- Approve operational expenditures within delegated authority.
- Represent the company before clients, partners, and government authorities.
- Make strategic business recommendations to the Group CEO.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 12–15 years of progressive leadership experience.
- At least 5 years in a CEO, General Manager, Managing Director, or Business Head role.
- Strong background in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Media, Branding, or Communications.
- Proven success in scaling businesses and delivering sustained profitability.
- Experience managing P&L, business strategy, and commercial operations.
