We’re Hiring | Procurement Executive – Dubai
Reality Building Materials Trading LLC is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Procurement Executive to join our team in Dubai.
We are looking for a professional who has a strong understanding of the UAE building materials market, supplier networks, purchasing processes, and commercial negotiations.
The ideal candidate should be able to source the right products, negotiate competitive prices, manage purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate new suppliers for building materials.
- Manage relationships with existing suppliers and develop new supplier networks.
- Request and compare supplier quotations.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery terms, and other commercial conditions.
- Prepare, issue, and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs).
- Monitor stock availability, lead times, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure materials are purchased at competitive prices and delivered on time.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Warehouse, Accounts, and Management teams.
- Follow up with suppliers to resolve delivery, pricing, quality, and availability issues.
- Maintain proper procurement records and ensure smooth purchasing operations.
- Stay updated on market prices, product availability, brands, and supplier trends.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement.
- Experience in the Building Materials or Construction industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of building materials, products, brands, and suppliers in the UAE market.
- Proven experience in supplier sourcing and price negotiation.
- Good understanding of purchasing procedures and Purchase Orders.
- Strong negotiation, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requirements.
- Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Candidates must be currently based in Dubai/UAE.
