About Us
Al Fahim Tech Cont LLC is a fast-growing UAE-based contracting company specializing in HVAC projects, with a strong portfolio in chilled water pipe installations, FCU/FAHU works, BTU metering systems, insulation, and mechanical piping for residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
We are looking to hire a Mechanical Engineer (fresher or experienced) who is committed, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with our technical team.
Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution & Supervision
- Assist in supervising chilled water piping, valve installations, BTU meter mounting, insulation, and HVAC unit connections.
- Monitor progress and ensure proper coordination between ducting, piping, equipment placement, and insulation.
- Work closely with site technicians and foremen to ensure timely execution of work as per project plan.
Technical & Documentation
- Support preparation of site measurements, quantity take-offs, BOQs.
- Understand MEP/HVAC layouts and drawings.
- Assist in preparing method statements, risk assessments, inspection requests, and handover documentation.
Coordination & Quality
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth site operations.
- Attend site inspections and coordinate with client consultants or project engineers.
- Ensure all works comply with approved specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
Freshers:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or final year).
- Interest in site work, HVAC systems, and hands-on learning.
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge and communication skills preferred.
Experienced (1–3 years):
- UAE experience in HVAC/MEP contracting preferred.
- Hands-on involvement in chilled water piping, FCU/FAHU works, or BTU metering is an advantage.
- Ability to handle small projects or take responsibility under minimal supervision.
