Procurement Executive Jobs in Sharjah at OMA Pakistan Pvt Ltd
- Conduct self-guided research to become familiar with what products (IT) are available as well as their costs and benefits.
- Drive cost savings through negotiations and implementation of process efficiencies.
- Search available products to find the best combination of quality, price, and delivery.
- Keep detailed records and prepare and submit necessary reports (E.g., month end reports)
- Ensure closing all Open PRF’s & PO’s
- Coordinator between IT and Customer service department for vendor registration, vendor account updating, etc.
- Be extremely proactive and responsive. Manage internal and external customer expectations.
- Responsible for filing of all purchase orders, invoice copies and related supporting documentation.
- Perform all the activities in compliance with the company’s P&P and as per the assigned specific responsibilities.
- Carries out any additional tasks assigned by the line Manager.
- Onboarding top suppliers in the above categories onto the platform
- Foster trust relationships with Suppliers to achieve better pricing and quality of services
- Plan/Place appropriate orders to ensure product availability that meets consumer demands
- Collaborate with sellers to expand product categories
- Determine the positioning of a product category to maximize visibility
- Negotiate with sellers competitive pricing and promotional activities of a product category
- Make forecasts for product demand to ensure the sustainability of inventory
- Assume responsibility of budget development and revenue for category
- Devise long-term development strategies for product categories
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
