URGENT HIRING: PRO & Corporate Services Manager
Location: Business Bay, Dubai, UAE
Employment: Full-time, office-based
Salary: From AED 15,000 per month, negotiable depending on experience
We are urgently looking for an experienced, highly organised, and proactive PRO & Corporate Services Manager with strong practical knowledge of UAE company formation, licensing, government procedures, immigration, and corporate compliance.
This position requires a reliable professional who can independently manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment and handle the full process from company incorporation to licensing, visas, Emirates ID, renewals, amendments, and corporate bank account support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage company incorporation in UAE Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore jurisdictions
- Advise on the most suitable jurisdiction, legal structure, licence, and business activities
- Handle licence issuance, renewals, amendments, share transfers, and changes of directors or shareholders
- Coordinate establishment cards, immigration files, employment and residence visas, and Emirates ID applications
- Work directly with DET/DED, MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, MOFA, FTA, Free Zone authorities, and other government bodies
- Prepare, review, and coordinate corporate, immigration, and compliance documentation
- Advise on setup and renewal costs, visa quotas, office requirements, and jurisdictional restrictions
- Support with Corporate Tax, VAT, UBO, AML/KYC, and other compliance obligations
- Assist with corporate bank account applications, business profiles, source of funds explanations, and supporting documents
- Monitor deadlines and independently manage a high volume of active cases
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant UAE experience in corporate services, business setup, or PRO services
- Comprehensive practical knowledge of UAE Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore jurisdictions
- Strong understanding of available licences, business activities, regulatory restrictions, setup costs, renewal procedures, visa quotas, and office requirements
- Proven experience dealing directly with UAE government authorities
- Practical knowledge of immigration, labour, visa, Emirates ID, licensing, and corporate amendment procedures
- Understanding of UAE banking compliance, AML/KYC, Corporate Tax, VAT, and UBO requirements
- Ability to manage complex cases independently and identify potential compliance risks in advance
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage a high workload
- Fluent English is required
- Russian is a strong advantage but is not mandatory
- Arabic would be an additional advantage
- The candidate must currently be based in the UAE
- UAE driving licence and own car are preferred
