Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong experience handling transactions and approvals with UAE government authorities, particularly SERA, RERA, RTA, and Dubai Municipality.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with government authorities, including SERA, RERA, RTA, Dubai Municipality, and other relevant departments.
- Process and follow up on permits, approvals, licenses, and government applications.
- Prepare, submit, and track all required government documentation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and government procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments to obtain required documents and complete applications on time.
- Maintain accurate records of all government transactions and approvals.
- Monitor changes in government regulations and ensure company compliance.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with government officials.
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience as a Public Relations Officer (PRO).
- Proven experience working with SERA, RERA, RTA, and Dubai Municipality.
- Strong knowledge of UAE government procedures and documentation.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
Preferred
- Experience in the real estate or property management industry.
- Ability to manage multiple government-related tasks efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
