The Pricing Appraiser-Used Cars will be responsible for determining the value and pricing of used cars for sale or trade-in. Responsibilities
Inspect used cars to assess their condition and identify any issues or concerns.
Conduct market analysis to determine the current value and demand for used cars.
Research industry databases and pricing guides to gather market data.
Recommend pricing strategies based on market trends and car condition.
Negotiate trade-in values with customers to facilitate sales.
Collaborate with sales teams to provide accurate pricing information and support sales negotiations.

Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in car appraisal or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of the used car market and factors that affect car values.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
