Position: PR Specialist Events – Contract
Black & Grey HR isrecruiting for a leading Events Company based in Dubai UAE. Ourclient is looking for a PR and Partnerships Specialist to leadstrategic public relations initiatives and strengthen relationshipswith media influencers and other key stakeholders. This roleinvolves developing PR strategies overseeing media relationsbuilding partnerships and managing communications to support thebrand s growth and eventsuccess.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop PRStrategies:
Implement effective PR strategies that communicateevent themes brand messages and company achievements to thepublic. Media Relations:
Cultivate relationships with media outlets coordinate pressactivities and manage the release of press materials briefings andmedia kits. Partnerships and Influencer Relations:
Build and maintain relationships withinfluencers and other strategic partners negotiating partnershipsthat align with event objectives.
Monitor Media Coverage:
Track media exposure analyze results andadjust PR strategies to maximize coverage andengagement. Collaborate Across Teams:
Work closely with the marketing and event teams to ensurecohesive messaging across all communicationchannels. Event Management for PRGoals:
Plan and execute events aimed at enhancing public relationsand partner engagement. Primary
PR Liaison:
Act as the main point of contact for public relationsand external communicationsactivities.
Requirements Bachelor s degree in Public Relations Communications Marketing or arelated field. 3 years in PRmedia relations or partnership management preferably in the eventsor entertainment industry with strong network of media andinfluencer contacts. Familiaritywith PR tools and social media platforms for brandpromotion. Fluent in English;proficiency in Arabic is anadvantage. Exceptional verbal andwritten
communication skills
for creating press materials andstrategies. Effective negotiationskills problemsolving skills and
adaptability
to refine strategiesin response to dynamicsituations.
Ability to managemultiple projects under tightdeadlines.
