Behind The Cup (BTC), is hiring a Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager for its operations in Abu Dhabi.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the UAE.
  • Responsibilities: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH), managing the team, ensuring service and quality standards, and driving business growth.
  • Requirements: A hands-on leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Assistant Restaurant Manager

  • Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role in the F&B/restaurant industry.
  • Responsibilities: Assist the Restaurant Manager in all daily operations, including staff supervision, managing customer service, and maintaining operational standards.
  • Requirements: Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

General requirements for both positions

  • Location: Candidates must currently be based in the UAE and available for interviews.
  • Skills: Proven experience in the F&B/restaurant industry is a must, along with a positive attitude, professional appearance, and excellent customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
