Job description

• Entry permits, change of status, residency stamping; Emirates ID, medicals, biometrics.
• Visa cancellations, absconding/ban procedures.
• Establishment/immigration card renewals; company file updates.
• Daily coordination with MOHRE, ICP/GDRFA, Tasheel, Municipality, DED, GPSSA, Civil Defense, Free Zones.
• Daily submission log, digital contract records; weekly status to PR Manager.
• Prepare files, accompany inspectors, implement corrective actions.
• Onboarding/offboarding, passports, PO boxes, trademarks, vendor/audit support, ad hoc tasks.

Profile

PRO Assistant will report to PR Manager. Coordinates all public relations matters, ensures company-wide PR compliance, communicates regulatory changes, and supports strategic PR initiatives.
