· Always follow the UAE traffic safety rules
· Always follow the prescribed speed limit
· Do not allow standing passengers
· Stop vehicle only in designated and safe place
· Report any defect in the vehicle, never drive the vehicle which has technical defects
· Check the vehicle in daily basis and report any defect immediately
· Be cautious while reversing, use banksman while reversing, avoid reversing whenever possible
· Inform manager for near expiry of vehicle registration and driving license
· Check the availability of first aid supplies in first aid box and request to the manager for missing supplies
· Contact maintenance department for replacement and servicing of fire extinguisher
· To ensure that agreed rates with clients are filed and adhered from origin to destination.
· To operate with SOP’s and JSA’s
· Ensure Compliance with EHS (Environment Health & Safety), Port & Customs and other local authorities rules and regulations. Responsible for Health & Safety within the operations.
· Ensure Compliance with the rules and regulations of driving inside ADT facilities.
· Report all incidents / accidents immediately.
· Maintain a full adherence of PPE’s at all times during his working hours.
· Report to the Team Leader / Supervisor if any of the staff found breaking company rules and regulations. Report all Theft / Pilferage / Accidents, Losses & Damages howsoever caused.
· Follow instructions for timely reporting for loading and offloading.
