Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic development and execution of Golf Saudi’s commercial portfolio, ensuring alignment with the organization’s overarching business objectives.
Oversee the identification, evaluation, and management of commercial partnerships, sponsorships, and business opportunities.
Manage and optimize a diverse portfolio of revenue-generating projects, including retail, licensing, hospitality, and real estate initiatives.
Drive growth through data-driven decision-making, market analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, marketing, legal, and operational teams to deliver integrated commercial solutions.
Monitor portfolio performance, provide insights and recommendations, and implement improvement strategies to maximize ROI.
Represent Golf Saudi in high-level negotiations and commercial discussions with external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal governance policies.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the commercial team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
10+ years of experience in commercial strategy, portfolio management, or corporate development, preferably within sports, hospitality, or real estate sectors.
Proven track record in leading high-impact commercial initiatives and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
Skills and Competencies:
Fluent in English; Arabic is highly recommended.
Exceptional strategic thinking and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and financial acumen.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
