We are seeking a Pool Project Engineer to manage residential and commercial swimming pool construction projects from planning through completion. The role involves coordinating site activities, monitoring project progress, ensuring quality standards, and supporting on-time project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage swimming pool construction projects from start to finish.
- Supervise site activities and monitor project progress.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Review drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor project schedules, quality, safety, and costs.
- Prepare project reports and maintain project documentation.
- Support testing, commissioning, and project handover.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in swimming pool construction or construction projects.
- Knowledge of swimming pool construction, MEP coordination, and site supervision.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
Experience:
- Swimming Pool: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- UAE driving license (Preferred)
