Stainless Steel Works Foreman Jobs in الرياض at LUCKY FABRICATORS STEEL CONSTRUCTION FZE LLC
We are looking for an experienced Stainless Steel Works Foreman to supervise stainless steel fabrication and installation activities, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and according to approved drawings and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily stainless steel fabrication and installation activities.
- Manage and allocate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Read and understand fabrication and installation drawings.
- Supervise cutting, welding, grinding, polishing, assembly, and installation of stainless steel works.
- Ensure proper dimensions, alignment, finishing, and workmanship.
- Supervise installation of stainless steel railings, handrails, structures, cladding, frames, and fittings.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers and QA/QC teams.
- Monitor daily work progress and report to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
- Identify and resolve fabrication or installation issues.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and site safety requirements.
- Coordinate material requirements and work priorities.
- Guide and train workers on proper fabrication and installation methods.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in stainless steel fabrication and/or installation.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Foreman/Supervisory role.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of stainless steel welding, fabrication, polishing, and installation.
- Experience with railings, handrails, cladding, structures, frames, and stainless steel fittings.
- Ability to read and understand technical/fabrication drawings.
- Experience managing fabrication or installation crews.
- Good knowledge of site/workshop safety requirements.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
