We are looking for a Pool Attendant to join the pre-opening of SLS The Red Sea.
Ennismore, with its luxury brand SLS Hotels, is currently opening a magnificent project in the oasis that is The Red Sea. SLS The Red Sea is planned to open in 2025.
Introducing the newest gem of dazzling luxury to reach The Red Sea project: the resort offers 150 luxurious keys, complemented by an impressive array of 7 distinct Food & Beverage outlets and a rejuvenating spa sanctuary. Catering to both adults seeking a getaway and families craving connection and some adventure, this hotel brings a wonderland of extraordinary experiences to The Red Sea, providing an array of amenities and activities tailored for travelers of all ages.

Job Description
Ensure correct grooming standards are followed at all times
Exceed guest satisfaction by knowing preferences and updating profiles
Maintain detailed knowledge of the SLS Pool menu & daily specials at all times
Be familiar with the beverage service including glasses used and appropriate garnishes
Anticipate and service guests’ requirements at all times
Follow up on daily financial targets of area/division
Use opening and closing checklist to ensure smooth opening and closing of the venue
Ensure service stations are constantly cleared and re-stocked during service
Serve and clear food and beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner
Present menus in a proactive manner
Feel empowered and accountable within the workplace
Keep manager on duty updated of any guest feedback so they can update the Glitch Report
Maintain HACCP standards as required
Follow Hotel Evacuation Policy in case of an Emergency
Attend all necessary briefings and training sessions as instructed by the Manager
Handle financial procedures according to guidelines set by the finance department
Identify potential problems and anticipate guest needs, asking for assistance before service breakdown occurs
Perform any duties and special projects as requested by management whether in your own department or any other department in the hotel
Report all issues and negative guest feedback on the glitch system
Follow care program at all times, and report issues through the system to maintenance
Qualifications
The successful candidate must be adaptable and flexible with a proven record of tact and diplomacy
Impeccable attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills, both written and verbal
Self-motivation and organizational skills with the initiative and ability to complete projects in a timely manner and proven ability to work gracefully under pressure
Fluency in Arabic is an asset
Food and Beverage serving experience required
Additional Information
