Job Summary
The Polish Supervisor is responsible for managing the polishing team and ensuring all vehicles are polished to a high standard before delivery. The role includes assigning work, checking quality, training staff, and making sure jobs are completed on time while maintaining workshop safety and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily work of the polishing team.
- Assign jobs and monitor work progress to meet delivery deadlines.
- Inspect all vehicles after polishing to ensure they meet the company’s quality standards.
- Ensure swirl marks, sanding marks, holograms, and other polishing defects are completely removed.
- Guide and support polishers in using the correct polishing methods, machines, compounds, and pads.
- Coordinate with the Body Shop, Paint Shop, and Detailing teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure vehicles are handled carefully to avoid damage during polishing.
- Maintain stock of polishing compounds, pads, sandpaper, microfiber cloths, and other materials, and inform management when supplies need to be replenished.
- Ensure polishing machines and equipment are properly maintained and kept in good working condition.
- Train new employees on polishing techniques, quality standards, and workshop procedures.
- Monitor employee performance and report any issues to the Workshop Manager.
- Ensure all work is completed according to company procedures and manufacturer standards where applicable.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all company health and safety policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive polishing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience working with luxury and premium vehicles is preferred.
- Good knowledge of paint correction, polishing techniques, compounds, pads, and polishing equipment.
- Ability to identify paint defects and ensure high-quality finishing.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Able to plan work, solve problems, and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer skills are an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English. Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is an added advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
