Job Description
Octopus by RTG is seeking adynamicand driven PMO Consultant to join a reputable consultancy firm that is expanding its team in Riyadh. As part of our consultancy division, you will work closely with senior consultants and clients to identify business needs, develop strategic solutions, and support effective implementation acrossdiverseindustries.
Develop and implement PMO policies, processes, and methodologies to improveproject managementmaturity across the organization.
Provide strategic guidance and oversight on project governance, risk management, and compliance.
Support project managers and teams in aligning projects with business objectives, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution.
Establish and track key project performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor success and efficiency.
Facilitate resource planning, project prioritization, and portfolio management activities.
Conduct training and mentoring sessions to enhanceproject managementcapabilities.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and project outcomes.
Optimize project reporting and documentation to enhance transparency and decision-making.
Drivecontinuous improvementinitiatives within the PMO function.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:Minimum 7 years of experience inproject managementor PMO roles, preferably in consulting or enterprise environments.
Certifications:PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-PgMP certification is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:Proficiency inproject managementtools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or
Soft Skills:Strong analytical,problem-solving, andcommunication skillswith the ability to work effectively withdiverseteams.
