- e.Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed sales target
- s.Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentatio
- n.Maintain optimum stock levels and manage inventory accurac
- y.Handle customer concerns with professionalism to drive loyalty and retentio
- n.Manage store performance reports, KPIs, and operational workflow
- s.Ensure adherence to company policies, security procedures, and compliance standard
- s.Coordinate with Head Office for marketing initiatives, promotions, and operational update
s.Requireme
- nts Minimum 5–7 years of experience in jewellery ret
ail, with at least 2–3 years in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manag
er ro - Previous experience in Tanishq or Titan stores is preferr
- ed.
Strong exposure to gold jewellery retailing, diamonds, or traditional gold product categor
i - es.
Experience in GCC or high-volume jewellery stores is an advanta
- ge.
Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skil
- ls.
Strong customer service orientation with ability to engage diverse customer profil

Fluency in Engl
