Position Summary We  are seeking a dynamicand experienced HRSpecialist to support the human resourcefunctions for a major Oil & Gas pipeline constructionproject in Abu Dhabi. The HR Specialist will play a key role inmanaging HR operations ensuring compliance with local labor lawsand fostering a
positive work environment
. This role involvessupporting recruitment onboarding employee relations andperformance management processes within a PMC (
Project Management
Consultancy) framework.
Key Responsibilities
Supportendtoend  recruitment processes including sourcing interviewing andonboarding of project personnel.
Ensurecompliance with UAE labor laws company policies and projectspecificrequirements.
Coordinate and manage employeerecords contracts and HRdocumentation.
Facilitate employee onboardingand orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into theproject.
Handle employee relations issues andprovide support to address grievances andconflicts.
Monitor and manage employeeattendance leave and timesheets in
collaboration
with projectmanagement teams.
Assist in implementing HRpolicies and procedures aligned with corporate and projectneeds.
Support performance management processesincluding goal setting evaluations andfeedback.
Coordinate training and developmentprograms to enhance employee skills and projectperformance.
Maintain HR metrics and reportsproviding insights to the managementteam.
Liaise with payroll and finance teams toensure accurate and timely processing of salaries andbenefits.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield.
Experience:
Minimum
58 years of HR experience with a focus on largescale projects inthe Oil & Gas or constructionindustry.
Previous experience in a PMCenvironment is a strongadvantage.
Skills:
Strongknowledge of UAE labor laws and HR bestpractices.
Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills.
Proficient in HR systemsand tools with strong organizational and multitaskingabilities.
Ability to work effectively in amulticultural fastpacedenvironment.
Problemsolving skills with theability to handle sensitive and confidentialinformation.
