- 5–8 years of experience in petrochemical / O&G projects
- Experience in project planning, schedule control, progress monitoring, or reporting
- Familiar with project schedule tools and progress tracking
- English: Conversational / able to communicate in English
- Age below 50 preferred
- Overseas project experience preferred
