Responsibilities
Manage and oversee projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion.
Assess complex project data, identify trends, anticipate issues, and propose solutions to maintain timelines.
Communicate effectively with teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives.
Utilize project management software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project to create and manage schedules.
Monitor project plans meticulously, identify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment between planning and execution.
Develop mitigation plans for potential delays or issues.
Monitor daily work and report any delays or variations.
Track project workflow from initiation to delivery, recording variances.
Coordinate material availability and communicate between teams.
Prepare and present progress reports to management and clients.
Identify project risks related to schedule, resources, and external factors.
Participate in preparing variation orders and time extension claims.
Allocate resources effectively to meet project needs.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental objectives.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
3-5 years of relevant experience.
