Experience – 6-8 years
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and update project master schedules, monitor and review contractor construction schedules, submittals, material delivery, procurement logs, and perform daily follow-ups. Conduct productivity measurement studies and implement corrective measures as needed.
Address all planning requirements on assigned projects.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and relevant project management software, such as Primavera (Primavera P6), Microsoft Project, MS Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Monitor project progress and contribute to the enhancement of existing planning and progress monitoring systems.
Establish and maintain project controls across all projects.
Assess Extension of Time claims.
Communicate key issues effectively to Engineers and Project Managers.
Participate in regular meetings with clients and subcontractors.
Maintain records of construction productivity data.
Provide contract administration support as required.
Assist in reviewing Interim Payment Certificates.
Support the development of project resource schedules.
Assist in preparing and reviewing future bids.
Possess knowledge of Project Management, especially managing complex/multi-contractor design projects.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
