Land Surveyor Jobs in Dubai at Luxridge Building Contracting LLC
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Land Surveyor to join our construction team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting site surveys, setting out works, and ensuring accurate measurements to support project execution in accordance with design specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform land and construction surveys using modern surveying equipment (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, etc.)
- Carry out site setting out for structural elements, roads, utilities, and other construction activities
- Verify and establish control points, benchmarks, and reference markers
- Interpret construction drawings and ensure alignment with site execution
- Prepare survey reports, drawings, and as-built documentation
- Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and site teams for survey-related activities
- Monitor and ensure accuracy of levels, dimensions, and positions during construction
- Conduct quantity calculations and assist in measurement verification when required
- Ensure all survey works comply with project specifications and local authority regulations

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
