Pipe Fitter – Pump Skid Assembly

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Pipe Fitter to join our production team for the assembly of pump skid systems. The ideal candidate should have experience in mechanical assembly, industrial pipe fitting, plumbing, or HVAC skid assembly, with the ability to read engineering drawings and assemble piping systems accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble pumps, motors, and skid base frames.
- Install suction and discharge piping, valves, pressure gauges, and other accessories.
- Ensure proper pipe alignment and leak-free connections.
- Perform hydrostatic and pressure testing of completed pump skids.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings and assembly instructions.
- Use pipe fitting tools and measuring instruments safely and efficiently.
- Ensure work is completed according to quality and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements
- ITI, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical/Fitter Trade.
- 1–3 years of experience in:
- Pump assembly
- Industrial pipe fitting
- Mechanical fitting
- Plumbing
- HVAC skid assembly
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
- Knowledge of pipe fitting tools and measuring instruments.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing or production environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with pump skid or pump package assembly.
- Familiarity with hydrostatic and pressure testing.
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Pay: AED959.56 – AED2,500.00 per month
